deliberate, oppresive and selective justice.

Eversince the death of a police officer, debate has raged on over who should be charged in connection to the murder and where the whole concept was mistakenly picked up by the media houses and newsrooms without ever considering the circumstances surrounding the death of the officer.

Mr Aryong sadly met his death either from a cacoon of stone throwing goons or perhaps a stray bullet a theology however true it maybe can never be proven but however the biggest issue after his death is who should take blame? the misguided opinion chosen by police and other government die-hards is Besigye should take blame but the bigger question is if he was under preventive arrest by police why then shouldn’t police be enlisted on the charge sheet? when someone is under arrest the least I know is  they are fully monitored by the police and it is for this reason that Kaweesi also doesn’t survive the charge sheet.

For all the souls we have lost in the rallies, riots, protests, shot by police bullets, tortured to death in the police cells, died of circumstances of police behaviour the best we can do is condemn the opposition without considering other factors?

It’s high time we accepted blame as police, citizens and activists we all take blame for the death of hundreds people and not only aryong.
